Murad Damirov, CEO of BusinessClub: “Today, about 40% of all requests for coworking rentals come from large tenant companies. This is a noticeable trend in the market: large companies are looking for options to place their employees in project teams or entire divisions. We record high demand from large tenants who want to rent the entire coworking on the upcoming opening of the BusinessClub site in BC OKO, phase 2: a number of companies are ready to consider the coworking format, including for the relocation of their own headquarters. In our opinion, such a “mix” of large corporations and small tenants in coworking creates a unique and inspiring atmosphere, which is the basis of community coworking and distinguishes them from classic office solutions.”
Natalia Nikitina, partner, head of the office real estate department at Cushman & Wakefield: “The expertise our company has in the flexible office space market allowed us to handle the Huawei case within the shortest terms. The tenant, as expected, received a high-quality space in a prestigious location, completely ready to move in and not involving capital investments, and also to place the required number of workspaces on one floor. ”
